| The MVP compensation plan evolved as respected leaders from across the United States and Canada expressed their desires and concerns. Without the collaboration of these individuals the plan would not contain the balance and flexibility necessary to provide benefits to members regardless of their level of interest in building ancillary income. | |
| Three principles were agreed upon at the outset, which guided the plan's development from beginning to end. These principles were: | |
| 1. | To provide a reasonable reward to the new member and the individual who shares the benefits of Maximum Vitality products with two or three other people. The intent is to build their confidence in the company and to encourage them to continue to share the good news of Maximum Vitality to others. |
| 2. | To keep the plan simple. It should be possible for nearly everyone to quickly grasp the features of the plan and explain it to others. We believe that complexity leads to confusion and analysis paralysis, effectively stopping people from telling others about the benefits of Maximum Vitality products. |
| 3. | To amply reward leaders for their business building efforts. We believe in the team concept. When people work together toward a common goal everyone benefits to a greater degree than when they pursue their goals and dreams only as individuals. Therefore we were determined to structure Mentoring bonuses in a manner that encouraged established Mentors to support the growth of Partners within their organizations. |
| As the compensation plan unfolded, additional principles were added and addressed. These included: | |
| 4. | To provide a means for individuals who choose to retail MVP products to be properly compensated without manipulating the plan. We do not feel that it is to anyone's advantage to force members who move substantial numbers of products to purchase those products under other account numbers to receive a commission or bonus on their efforts. This is reflected in the 40% Retailer's Bonus on movement of products above $300 BV each month. |
| 5. | To encourage members to personally enroll new Partners on an ongoing basis. Maximum Vitality Partners are committed to resolving the United States health care crisis. Teaching one person at a time how to restore and maintain his or her health is the best and perhaps the only way to accomplish our goal. While it may be possible to develop a stable "walk-away" income over a period of several years, a Maximum Vitality Partner should always be ready and willing to share the benefits of MVP products with people who need them. The 8% Personal Enrollers Bonus addresses this principle. |
| 6. | To eliminate barriers to the natural flow of recommending and promoting products one likes to other people. This was accomplished by providing free membership, with no front loading or mandatory minimum purchase requirement. |
Membership in MVP is free. All that is required is a name, delivery address, social security number and who referred you. Once you become a member, you receive a Partner ID Number, passcode for your own personalized MVP Web Site and can access products at the Partner Price (PP). While the compensation program pays Bonuses based on the Bonus Volume (BV) of your Matrix Organization product movement, your qualification is based solely on the total of your personal product movement each month. Partners are eligible to earn retail profits and Bonuses based on meeting certain qualifications.
Retail Profits - All products have a retail profit of 25% above the Partner Price. The MVP Compensation Plan is unique in that we not only offer the ability for you to earn retail profits, we support it.
Once a Partner has a minimum of $100 in personal product movement each month, they are a Qualifying Partner and eligible for the following Bonuses:
Personal Enrollers Bonus - All qualified Partners will receive an 8% Bonus on the Total BV of all personally enrolled Partners. This Bonus is paid to the qualifying enroller regardless of where the enrollee is in the Matrix. This Bonus will also roll up to the next qualified Partner if the personal enroller does not qualify that month.
Matrix Commissions - The Matrix has a 5 Qualifying Level payout. All product movement below $300 BV will pay an 8% Bonus per Level, up 5 qualifying Levels. When a Partner has less than $100 in personal product movement for the month, they don't qualify for any Bonus payout but their personal product movement still pays out an 8% Bonus up 5 qualifying Levels.

When you combine the Personal Enrollers Bonus of 8% with the Partner Matrix Bonus of 8%, a personally enrolled Partners product movement will pay a total of 16% on the first $300 BV to their enroller if they are within 5 qualifying levels up from the personally enrolled Partner.
When you enroll a new Partner into your Matrix, you have the ability to place them in one of your 5, Level 1 Primary positions. Level 1 Primary positions 1, 2 & 3 can receive "Spill" from other Partners above them. Primary Protected Positions 4 & 5 are reserved exclusively for you and no one will "Spill" into those positions during your first 6 months, including the enrollment month, unless you allow it. If Partners are placed in Positions 4 & 5, they can start receiving "Spill". If your Level 1 is full, you can spill/place them under a Partner in your Matrix up to the last day of the enrollment month. If you do not specifically place a Partner before the end of the enrollment month, the computer will automatically place them in your Matrix for you in the next open position. When your first 3 positions of your Level 1 are full, the computer will automatically begin "Spilling" your new Partners on Level 2 (positions 1, 2 and 3 only). This will continue until Level 2 is full and then the computer starts "Spilling" your new Partners on Level 3 - etc. All Partner placements are permanent.
A Partner must have personal product movement of at least $100 for 6 months out of a 12 month rolling window to stay in the Matrix and keep their position. In their 7th month with less than $100 of personal product movement, they will become Inactive which forfeits their position in the Matrix, their personally enrolled Partners and their Matrix organization. They are still able to access products at Partner Price. A monthly personal product movement of $100 will return a Partner to Active status and they are spilled/placed into the Matrix, not necessarily back into the same position due to activity in the Matrix. They must continue to have a monthly personal product movement of at least $100 for 6 months out of a 12 month rolling window to remain in the Matrix. If a Partner doesn't have any personal product movement for 12 consecutive months, they will be removed from MVP.
Personal Retailers Bonus - All personal product movement above $300 BV will earn a 40% Bonus to the Partner who moves the product.
MVP Mentor Bonuses - Mentoring Bonuses are paid on personal lines of enrollment and are paid to Infinity or until the maximum number of qualified Mentors are reached in that leg. You must personally meet all three requirements:

* - If a Partner chooses to build a large retail sales organization, the volume generated from your customers is considered your personal volume because retail customers are not considered MVP Partners unless you specifically enroll them. Partners can sign a special legal form certifying that you have resold over 70% of your personal purchases to retail customers. This will allow Partners to be qualified for the Mentor Bonuses without the initial personal volume restrictions.
