My 90 days
are up .its hard to believe I have incorporated a brand new lifestyle.
The contest may be over, but the changes in my health are going to be
forever. Although I have not yet reached my peak physical fitness, I
know I am on my way, and that is something I feel very proud of.
I have a new outlook on
life. I no longer wake dreading the demands of my life with two small
children and a career as a nurse. Instead, I am filled with energy
and vigor. My children are beginning to understand what formal exercise
really is. Every morning I start the day with some form of exercise
and my 6-yr. old daughter loves to put her leotard on and join in.
What a healthy example of fitness my children are learning!
Since
starting this contest, I have maintained daily aerobic exercise, weight
training 2-3 days a week, and with the help of Everest products*,
I feel phenomenal! People often ask me how I have so much energy.
