I have had a fascination
with Mt. Everest all my life. I wrote in a journal the first day I
began the Peak Living Diet: "I feel like I am standing at base camp
and have just took my first step toward a goal beyond weight loss;
I want to become more fit and healthy. I want to achieve this personal
goal. I want to win the contest!"
The challenge of reaching
and maintaining my goal has not been easy…..No real commitment is;
but the satisfaction I feel is as high as the mountain itself!
Within
days of beginning the diet and taking the supplements, my energy level
soared. Thanks to Dr. Marcus Laux’s helpful instruction and teaching,
I am learning how to eat and not trigger that carbohydrate cycle that
made me want to eat every two hours, flooding my bloodstream with
excess insulin, sending a signal to eat again! Fat Master and
Carboblaster are helping me maintain my thirty-pound weight
loss. I am in the exit strategy now, and plan to resume the reducing
diet in the fall and lose the remaining weight. I like how sensible
and easy this diet is.
The Peak Living Diet and
products have changed my life: I exercise often now, every day or
every other day. I walk, do free weights, stretch or swim. I vary
my exercise day to day. I like feeling my muscles defined and firm.
And the best part? I actually look forward to exercising now! Revitalgen
has eliminated the need for me to take the 1200mg. of Motrin I was
taking a day, along with Tylenol to control daily muscular pain.
When I look in the mirror
I like what I see for a change. I can’t tell you the joy I felt shopping
recently and being able to wear and buy a size 10 pant and skirt and
size 12 dress. Just three months ago I wore 16/18. I have given away
or got rid of my "fat" clothes, which I always saved in the past…just
in case…but, not this time!! I have joined a food co-op devoted to
healthy organic food. I’m finding people tell me I inspire them. I
still have a bit to go. I am determined!
The Everest International
Logo* has become a positive personal symbol for me. It represents
the challenge of continuing to strive each day for the highest emotionally,
physically and spiritually. I’ve not reached the summit, but know
I am closer to an ideal set just three months ago and I am far from
those first steps at "base camp." Thank you Everest International
for the products, but most of all, your commitment to making peoples
lives better!
