Derek Redmond is
a former Commonwealth and Olympic athlete with gold and silver medals
that mark his success. He will be forever remembered for the semi-finals
of the Olympic Games in Barcelona where he hobbled the last 250
meters after a serious hamstring injury mid race. The footage has
become one of the most enduring sporting images of modern times.

Derek's achievements were all the
more remarkable because he defied the odds to succeed, overcoming
a catalogue of serious injuries. Away from the athletics track Derek

coaches and advises international athletes at Birchfield Harriers
and has played rugby union for Coventry RFC and Stow RFC.
As a motivational speaker, Derek

persevere, overcome obstacles and succeed as an individual and as
a team. Derek has drawn on his vast experiences as an international
sportsman to provide a fascinating and inspirational platform for
his motivational speeches. As a Nutrition For Life distributor,
Derek promotes a number of nutritional and sports enhancement products.
